Meet Rob

Hey there! I’m a husband, father, guitarist, songwriter, author, real estate investor, and real estate agent. I put those items in order, as I live by my priorities. Family always comes first, then it’s about creation. Creating music, writing words, and building wealth.

My mission in life is to live authentic to my soul so that I can inspire my daughter and others to live true to themselves. I believe that when we all live our lives true to who we really are, that’s when the world is in harmony.

As a musician, I am currently on a project to release an average of at least one new original work per week in 2024. In the past, I’ve released two albums of what I’d call blues fusion – a combination of blues, rock, and jazz. I have aspirations to release another full length album this year. I’m also on the hunt to find other like-minded musicians to create with.

In the world of real estate, I authored Real Estate Reset, which is set to be published end of Q1/beginning of Q2 of 2024. I’ve been in real estate since 2013, having started and run the Foglia Properties team from 2017-2023. I relaunched and ran the Keller Williams Young Professionals of Nashville in 2019, then helped lead the division nationally. I was named the KW Young Professional of the Year for 2020. Currently, I sell real estate as a solo agent with Keller Williams Realty.
